Ran me off for parking in there lot for a few minutes without going in to make my purchase because I was on phone with a... emergency issue. Lady ask me to leave said I was loitering. Wow really I always shop this store when I'm in west plains and Iwas not loitering!!! I was on the phone waiting to get off before I could go in store. But folks could pull up flipping andemployee off and shirtless and he could be aloud in and out.but no parking and setting in car on phone before going in!! I wanted to share my experience publicly since it was the manager that told me to leave the premises with a flat tire and I... wasn?t allowed to put air in my tire while the 3 employees stood around without their Covid masks on. Do your company a favorshow social distancing and have a mask on before telling me to leave without getting air mr manager. Managers usually lead theway by wearing masks and practicing social distancing its neither me or my tires fault socializing has caused other Casey?s stores in our town to close due to covid infected employees but you seem to set the standard by the way you treat ex customersand keep employees safe by wearing masks while on the Casey?s property ???? maybe if you wore a mask I could have put air in myflat tire. Most managers approach customers with a better attitude I was well past the 6ft standard and I will never treat acustomer like you and never have. Read more

After waiting in line behind 2 people and I approached the register I was asked if I was using cash or card and I told them cash... and the lady at the other cash register told me they were not accepting cash at this time and i would have to wait.Unacceptable. Read more

Coffee WAS COLD..so cashier said he'd make some in between customers..so I asked the cook would she dump the old coffee..which... she nicely did..the cashier GOT to dump the coffee filter..he found the filters.. I put the coffee in AND started a freshpot..half joking when we got to pay OUT.. I asked so since I helped MAKE the coffee..can we get ONE cup FREE!???? he said he'dplanned on THAT anyway since we HAD to wait on it! Ty! Read more

The doughnuts are great. Location is great. My biggest problem, and it IS a problem, is the staff. There are good people that... work here. However, 2 or three that I have had the misfortune of dealing with have been a lethal combination of rude andincompetent. Not all of them are like that, but it's happened enough. The other two Casey's I have not had a single problemwith. Just this specific location. Read more
