Awful experience. We were eating and the employees began locking the doors while people were still inside. Patrons could not get... out without the employees unlocking the door. There was a special needs older child that required mom and dad to support to walkout and the had to wait for an employee to unlock the door for them. Unacceptable! and a fire hazard! Read more
Drove through on my way up to Missouri, stopped to get something to eat and it took nearly 30 minutes at the drive through, had... to repeat myself multiple times, they yelled at each other through the headset, and very rude the entire time. Read more
Was not pleased at all. Had to wait almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us & another 10 to get our food. No one... even said they'd be with us in a minute or apologized for the wait. If we didn't have hungry kids with us who wanted BK wedefinitely would have left. Read more
The manager at lunch on 7-26-22 was terrible. At 11:30 am, there were no customer in the dining area, 2 soldiers, and one... elderly gentleman in line at the register, ahead of me. There were 2 cats in the drive through. The manager stepped up to theregister. The first soldier started placing his order, and the BK manager turns and walked off to help bag a drive throughorder. Here them returns and takes thr first soldier's order. He then goes to the fries and scoops up an order of fries, andcomes back to take ther 2nd soldier's order, and walks off again. Thre elderly gentleman between ther soldiers and I, gives upand leaves. He finally bagged thr soldier's order and comes back to take my order. I attempt to take advantage of the BK appoffer of Whopper Wednesday, and had difficulty locating the code for it. Ther manager walked away again. He comes back, I'velocated the code, he entered it into the register and I closed the app. The manager then tells me that the register didn't takethe code and he needed me to pull it up again. I told him never mind about the coupon code, just let me get a Whopper and I'llpay whatever for it because I was in a hurry. He then raised his voice at me telling me that he was trying to help me, whatelse did I expect. I told him screw it and left without getting anything for lunch today. I wish I could give zero stars. We went through drive through. Rude from the start. Yelling at each other over the speaker... system. Made us wait for over 5 minutes before they would even take our order. Had an attitude while we ordered. Refused to giveus a cup of freaking water with our order. Acted like we were an inconvenience and that they were angry at us for just payingfor our food. Waited for another 7 minutes for our food. The gal giving the food and drinks out was much nicer, but woulddefinitely avoid this location still! Read more
