The best bet to have it hot and ready is ordering through the app! It will let you know when your order is done most of the... time! The ladies I have encountered are helpful (if I ordered through the app but need napkins, or drinks etc) I would go onoccasion without ordering through the app but I try not to go during lunch hour or the dinner rush!
