Getting worse and worse. Service is slow, dismissive, and often rude. Staff are improperly trained in using v their equipment... and computers I was literally told only one of the two drinks I tried to order could be "no ice", and when an item wasduplicated on our order the staff couldn't take it off the ticket. If you have windows boarded up and flies buzzing around, maybe the dining area shouldn't be open - just a thought. Or how about... you install toilet paper and soap dispensers? We waited in drive through for a about 8 minutes we had to keep saying hello hello finally took our order.Told us the price was... 1o.50 get to window was 12.50. Go to next window we asked for condiments they woman at window rolled her eyes told us to put upin a HATEFULL voice.after about 22 minutes got the food .But she for got our drink so we had to wait another 5 minutes for thedrink .visiting westpoint. And I promise you it's the worst fast food place ever!! What a waste of precious time it I couldgive half star or less I would because 1 star for that sorry place is way to much ! Read more
