Getting worse and worse. Service is slow, dismissive, and often rude. Staff are improperly trained in using v their equipment... and computers I was literally told only one of the two drinks I tried to order could be "no ice", and when an item wasduplicated on our order the staff couldn't take it off the ticket. If you have windows boarded up and flies buzzing around, maybe the dining area shouldn't be open - just a thought. Or how about... you install toilet paper and soap dispensers? These are radical concepts that hopefully McDonald's can grasp someday. Also themcflurrys were not even mixed up - SAD. Read more
We waited in drive through for a about 8 minutes we had to keep saying hello hello finally took our order.Told us the price was... 1o.50 get to window was 12.50. Go to next window we asked for condiments they woman at window rolled her eyes told us to put upin a HATEFULL voice.after about 22 minutes got the food .But she for got our drink so we had to wait another 5 minutes for thedrink .visiting westpoint. And I promise you it's the worst fast food place ever!! What a waste of precious time it I couldgive half star or less I would because 1 star for that sorry place is way to much ! Read more
Nastiest place I've ever been. I immediately went to the bathroom and it was quite obvious that they haven't been cleaned in a... very long time. Then I noticed that instead of the roll of toilet paper being where it should be, the lazy workers just placedit on the floor instead. I gave up on trying to go to the bathroom and went to order. I got in line and noticed the smell rightaway. The odor of garbage and old food had me feeling sick to my stomach and looked behind me to see so much trash and flies allover the place. This place is obviously neglected and not cleaned at all whatsoever. Me and multiple strangers who walked in atthe same time as me started discussing how bad the smell was and we all walked out without getting any food. DO NOT EAT HERE! Read more
Waited in silence for 20 minutes. Watched 6 cars leave before I did plus 2 as I pulled in line (should have took that hint). No... one said a word over the intercom. I had an app order I cancelled. Only to get my card charged 2 hours later for an order Ididn?t even place. Avoid this place like the plague. Read more
Every once in a while I?ll get a good worker who knows how to read the cup and make a coffee the right size but most of the time... anymore they hand me this small cup and say ?this is a medium? when you can clearly read that it aint. Workers need to betrained better! If you can?t make a coffee I sure don?t expect food to be made right! Read more
