The food quality, and quality of service has dramatically fallen off in the last few months. The latest offence was ordering a... large promotional "red white and blue slush", then getting a medium with only half the ingredients. There was literally only asingle spoonful of the syrup from the strawberries in the "red" layer. Won't be going back for a while. Read more
Got the steak sandwich combo and my sandwich was just thrown together! I guess they ran out of footlong buns so I got two... regular buns. No problem except one bun wasn't completely filled with meat, only halfway. I ordered spicy but didn't get it.The cheese wasn't even on the meat, but on the bun and tray. The worst Sonic Drive-In I've ever been to! My order-taker was rushing me and on top of that my food was average at the best. I... ordered a small chili cheese tot and a large chili cheese tot with onions. I didn't get my onions I only had a few tater tots inmy large. My order-taker also placed me on hold because I didn't know the flavors of slushies. I'm not from this area where I'mfrom they have watermelon slushies at Sonic.
