The food quality, and quality of service has dramatically fallen off in the last few months. The latest offence was ordering a... large promotional "red white and blue slush", then getting a medium with only half the ingredients. There was literally only asingle spoonful of the syrup from the strawberries in the "red" layer. Won't be going back for a while. Read more
Got the steak sandwich combo and my sandwich was just thrown together! I guess they ran out of footlong buns so I got two... regular buns. No problem except one bun wasn't completely filled with meat, only halfway. I ordered spicy but didn't get it.The cheese wasn't even on the meat, but on the bun and tray. The worst Sonic Drive-In I've ever been to! My order-taker was rushing me and on top of that my food was average at the best. I... ordered a small chili cheese tot and a large chili cheese tot with onions. I didn't get my onions I only had a few tater tots inmy large. My order-taker also placed me on hold because I didn't know the flavors of slushies. I'm not from this area where I'mfrom they have watermelon slushies at Sonic. I had just picked up my 2 year old granddaughter and she was not very happy being in her carseat so I stopped by to grab us some... food as that always makes her happy but sadly this was not the best choice for a quick bite and especially not a friendly one. Didn't eat, all's we got were chocolate shakes, and they were really good.
We came to here and saw it was busy which was fine. We placed a mobile order and it said it was delivered. We have had other... experiences where our drinks come after the screen times out. After waiting 30 minutes a lady asked us what we order and we toldher we had a mobile order. She said she didn?t see us on her screen. She did not check our receipt, give us our drinks, oroffered us a refund. This was the worst sonic experience I?ve ever had not even for the wait but the lack of assistance on theissue. Read more
