First off had to go and order in today as when I tried to call the phone was busy. When I got out there there was only 2 tables... and not to go orders going out. I feel that they just keep there phone off the hook as this has happed every time I want foodfrom there in the like 2 months which has been about 5 times. Today I went and dined in and also got food Togo food there wasgood service was terrible never go asked if I needed anything else or even more was or soda. This lil jewelish eatery has awesome mexican cuisine and the prices are extremely reasonable. I like that you're able to get... lunch and dinner specials as well as al a carte .I dont know about the nice adult beverages. But they seem large and worth theirprice . Be sure to get a menu, or check them out online, the menu is there too. I love the chile relleno s or dinner special#27 , lunch #10. Comes with rice and beans . The salsa is homemade , the chips too. A little restaurant in a gas station and amazing food very fresh tasting. I loved the tortillas. I had steak and my significant... other ordered huevos rancheros. The restrooms for the restaurant are in the gas station next store. Also there was nicefriendly service and fast too. Despite being at a gas station a lot of local families seemed to eat there. I enjoyed our mealvery much really good salsa too. The bacon on my steak was crispy and flavorful just right but there was a lot of bacon plus agood steak so I had to share some. The food was delicious. The service could have been better. Once we got our food no one came to check on us at all
Standard Mexican fare. Above expectations for sit-down Mexican food in rural Nebraska. A good variety of choices on the menu.... Margaritas we're so-so. Chips were good, salsa ok. Value ok. Other reviewers gripe about the grumpy waiter, but you'd be grumpytoo if your livelihood depended on waiting on the likes of grumpy reviewer-types. Put up with bad service and double your tip-you'll get to Heaven quicker. Read more
