Usually very good but today Chili with no seasoning and freezer tasting cinnamon bun with no flavoring. So disappointed.

I love this place. I remember growing up and eating these things all over Nebraska when I was a kid. And I was craving this when... I was coming back home for a visit. And I treated for lunch that day. And the service is fast in here. It's a good value foryour money. Matter of fact I bought a box of 10 of these things to take home with me. And I took them back to Chicago with me.And I had a couple of my friends over and we had these and they loved them. And I've taken these things to work with me forlunch. I might even call up the place to see if they'll send me some more. Read more

This is one of the places I look forward to when I come to West point Nebraska to visit family and people. I come all the way... from chicago. West point is where I was born and grew up. This is always got to be one of my favorite kinds of sandwiches toeat. You know just something about eating a place that I don't have around where I live to go to. It's unique I think. Thepeople in here are friendly I've been here a few times. So you know it's great to come back and have a Nebraska favorite. Read more

The food is just as good as the Runza's in Omaha and Lincoln. Staff is courteous and the facility is clean. I will stop here... again when going through town. Read more

Took a "little long" to get my food. Asked for salt for my FF ... didn't get, at the drive thru! Also ... no dressing for my... salad ... and I was traveling, so a "dry salad!" Sorry ... but it wasn't busy so just no attention to details. Wake up folks! Read more

This is by far the slowest Runza we've ever been to, and we eat Runza more than we probably should. From the time we ordered to... the time we got our food, 20 minutes had passed. If we wanted slow food, we would have gone to a sit-down restaurant. Such adisappointment for the Runza brand. Hoping someone at corporate will see this review and reconsider these franchise owners. With reviews going back 11 months about slow service, there is clearly a problem with the management of this location. Givingtwo stars because they did get our order right, and it was hot and fresh.
