Quick and friendly service. I got the seared ahi tuna appetizer and hush puppies as a meal. My mom had the oyster appetizer as... her meal and my husband had the oyster dinner. They oysters tastes fresh and the breading was light and crunchy. My tuna had anunusual texture but good flavor and came with wasabi sauce, pickled cabbage and seaweed salad, which was a great combination.The hush puppies were huge . Cute little local hangout, with food. The "chips" are very good (fried potatoes). Clam strips were out of a freezer and the... Salmon overcooked. They do have deviled ???? eggs ???? on the menu, which is a plus! Didn't check, but I hope the beer ???? iscold ????!! Read more
We LOVE coming here! Fresh seafood, fantastic sides, amazing & super friendly service! I love the atmosphere & decor, it's... comfy/cozy & just perfect! Check for their daily specials. We went to The Blue Crab today for the first time and had a great experience. The restaurant was busy and understaffed, but the... servers handled it very well. We were pleased with all the food and definitely plan on returning. The fries that came with ourfish and chips were light and delicious! The fried cod, oysters and seared tuna were cooked properly. Taylor took such good care of us, from her initial greeting with a huge smile to the point we were leaving and she was wishing... us a wonderful afternoon. She asked good questions and made great recommendations. Oh, and the food was fabulous! Yay chef!!!The hush puppies are a masterpiece and the dipping butter is amazing. I got the Fried Chicken entrée this evening, I really enjoyed it. Quite sweet to be honest but a good sweet, the potatoes were... fantastic and the broccoli was cooked just right. If you're out that way I definitely recommend the blue crab, our waitress wasabsolutely amazing and answered all of our questions. Definitely want to go back! Read more
