West Point McDonald?s is one of the best McDonald?s to eat at. They took my order at the counter instead of forcing me to use... the kiosk. The burgers weren?t mushed like most McDonald?s. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. Read more
The bathroom was filthy, had holes in the wall, and out of toilet paper. Ordered cookies and they were 2 hours expired. The only... thing good was the Sprite. Order takers were outside smoking while customers were inside waiting to order. Read more

I would give a 0 star review if I could. The management is rude and I see a gaggle of employees just sitting and talking. I... waited 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. They told me to go to the first window to pay. No one was there but thewindow was open so I was assuming they just had to get change or something. Well 10 more minutes later someone at the otherwindow waved us down and snatched the card out of my hand. Our food tasted as if it was sitting on the warmer for hours the bunswere even rock hard. The Halloween pail happy meal we asked for we didn't get. We just got an old happy meal box with an old toyin it. Even asked before we ordered if they had the Halloween pails and they had said yes. This place is horrible and honestlyshould be closed down especially for their bug problem. Word to the wise: never get something from the mccafe or ice creammachine. They are rarely clean them and they are infested with bugs. Read more
This was one of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The cashier was rude and barely spoke to us, and it took quite a while... before we got our food. When we did get it, it was barely edible. The bathroom was in disrepair. I just don't know how they stayso busy. Probably because there's not a whole lot of options in West Point. They could use some new management. Read more

Guaranteed to get your order wrong if you're going through the drive thru. The photo shows a Big Mac I ordered with no onions... and extra pickles. I've ordered McRibs before with no oninos and got oninos. I've ordered 2 unsweet teas before and I got onesweet tea and one soda. By the time you discover your drive thru order is wrong, you are already on your way down the road oryou are already home ready to eat only to find out your order is wrong. Not even worth the time to go back through the drivethru or walk inside to order (totally defeats the reason you went through the drive thru in the first place. Read more
