Called in an order and told the girl my name 2 times on the phone and they still got my name wrong. I got there15 minutes later... than thextime they gave me to give them extra time. I got there and told her my name and the girl said my order wasnt rrady yet.I waited for almost 10 minutes and she came to me again and asked me for my name again abd then she finally realized she wrotedown the wrong name. I got my food home and half my chicken was burnt and my mac & cheese bites were so burnt that they wereuneatable. Only giving one stare because the food is always good but the service is terrible. They are always rude and will never answer... the phone for take out orders. They need to get some new employees that care about their job and have decent costumer service. Read more

Really expensive for okay food. The burger was burnt, chicken was plain, wings were plain and soaked in cheap sauce. It?s like... they took a great concept and and got the cheapest quality food. Fries were decent if you like shoe string style. I won?t becoming back but I wish them the best! Read more

Lots of options, chicken sandwich and fries were amazing! Potato salad was really good! So many different dipping sauces to... choose from. Fried macaroni cheese balls were incredible. Staff was fast and friendly. Will be back! Read more

This use to be our go to spot for quick food but we are done with the chicken shack in west Richland. We ordered last month and... the sides were horrible. They use to have the best macaroni salad. Last time it wasn?t edible, neither was the Cole slaw. Wedecided to give It another shot tonight. Came home and flipped open the box. Not a drumstick to be seen. My wife likes thighsI?m all in for the drums. I called the restaurant to see what they could do for us. Their service was as bad as their macaronisalad. Gal was rude as heck on the phone and said well you got a dozen wings so I don?t see what the big deal is. They could?vedropped six drums in the fryer and I would?ve been a happy customer. The chicken shack is not bad but not great. They have a very small seating area with only a couple tables. The food is average.... Probably will not go back and it?s pricey. Read more
