I go the Beach Hut Deli quite a bit during the summer months. Recently I've gone a few times and ordered the BBQ Chicken salad a... couple of times and they forgot my bacon. Then the third time, they forgot my bacon, gave me blue cheese instead of feta andwhen I called, I was lucky to get Lea the owner on the phone and she was so nice and apologetic. She personally brought thecorrected salad to my home because I couldn't leave to get back to the store. She even through in a little sweet treat for thetrouble. Sandwich bread was a tad soggy, but the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The cream cheese on the sandwiches is... definitely a choice though, for sure...... If you like cream cheese on sandwiches, this is the place for you. The vibe of therestaurant is chill though. Read more
Beach Hut was great. The surfing Bird never disappoints. Its actually been a couple years since I've eaten here and I was over... due. The Medium sandwich is plenty of food and has enough flavor variety going on to where I'm not craving a side of chips. Read more
WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT? Not one employee making food or serving food wore a face mask or hair net (couldn?t even tie... their hair back while making food) Dirty. Tables were sticky, finger prints on the windows. No employees wore masks,refrigerators were down so no beer, but they somehow were still serving food? What a shame. We went there a few weeks ago and it was great. Service was fantastic and our sandwiches were amazing. We were so... excited to go back, we are not from the area. But we went back again and we?ll it was not worth it. We waited for over 10minutes for our two sandwiches and when we ordered there was only two ladies in front of us. As for the employees they were wellnot very professional. One girl with purple hair had no gloves on and the African American young man had no mask on. The cool vibe hits you when you walk through the door. The environment was relaxed between the staff, the music and the decor.... It felt like a bar when I went due to some loud patrons who were there. I ordered the XL Northshore and waited. I took the orderto go and ate later. I was impressed by the sheer size of the meal. There was more than enough to split between two people, as Iwas unable to finish the whole thing (I usually have no trouble putting down a Large sub from Jersey Mike's for comparison). Thesandwich was full of meat and tasted very nice. The bread was fresh too. Given the amount of food, it was good for the value. Read more
