Ordered one large pizza, a 32 oz Pepsi, and some garlic bread-twists. It was over THIRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS! The pizza was decent,... but was barren for the entire outer 5-6" around the whole thing. No sauce, no cheese, no toppings, nothing. Like getting halfwhat I paid for. Pepsi was Pepsi, but easily the most stale, old, and disgusting garlic bread-twists I have ever received in mylife. So me & my wife order from here all the time & usually it's really good food. But today we ordered a thick crust creamy garlic... white sauce Canadian bacon pineapple regular bacon large. What we got was a regular crust & instead of creamy garlic white saucewhat we got was clearly not sauce but instead it was smothered in garlic powder. & it was barely warm. We were hungry & didn'twant to call back & Waite for a correct order so we just ate it as is but for $22.17 it was really disapointing. It was almostas if they had taken someone else's messed up order & added to it & delivered it to us. We will still order from here but it wasjust a sad excuse for a pizza this time. Read more
Online site had a glitchey mess wouldn't let me do delivery, wouldn't let me pick pan, & kept a time of 545 pm for pick up even... though I changed 3 times, so I went down to store & explained they had a staff of 2 & 1 a driver they were very busy but theman & woman stepped up have great customer service & made my order immediately that was super nice of them & much appreciated..pizza was yummy & the chicken was awesome thank you so much . I have 4 stars due to computer issues. But the staff was 10 starsin my opinion.. they were running all over & still helped me with kindness & a smile thank you, you don't see that much anymore. Online it says that they close at 1am on Saturday; however, when I called at 12:30am to place an order I was told that they... close at 11pm. My visit here today was not great at all and I find it disturbing that I literally left Arden Mall from shopping called them to... place a phone order and when I pulled up and asked the lady was like "Oh sorry someone had my phone" like it was her personaland yet the ones on the counter were flashing the red light the whole time I was there. I told her "I'm here now you can take meoff hold!".. now I have to wait for my order to be made geez! I was really surprised not one person took charge of the phonelines at all, everyone stayed very clear of them even the 2 people that came back from doing deliveries. Overall I am glad thefood was good but someone has to play bad guy and keep the 25 and under year olds doing what is needed while people arewaiting.. It doesn't make the establishment look great and really cuts your ratings down. I would of thought I would of beenoffered something for the delay and bad service nope just a small apology Oh well. Newest location in the area (2018), carry out open until 10pm, delivery until 12 (1 on Friday/Saturday) am, quick service,... friendly staff, and delivers to most of West Sac (cut off is Marshall Road), and open every day except Thanksgiving and X-Masday. That said, it's no surprise that the management is a revolving door. Domino's will abuse you until they can replace you,they expect far more than they're willing to pay, and delivery driver compensation hasn't gone up in years! Try to be calm andpatient with orders, call ahead for more accurate delivery / carry out times on Fridays / holidays / weekends, but call ifthere's a mishap with your order, and don't forget to ask about coupons!
