Not cool I been charged twice at this place. I bought pizza from here last night and I wanted a hot n ready. I'm guessing there... hot n ready are 8.65 now? I thought it was more cheaper than that but I guess it's not anymore. Not very happy being chargedtwice because when I asked the lady who works there which is the older looking lady with glasses if I've been charged twice. Shesaid no then charged me the second time. I generally enjoy the personal lunch combo pizzas from this location, the pizzas are cooked well and they are crisp. Service is... usually good too. Last encounter, not so much. I ordered through the app, when I came to retrieve my order, I still had to gothrough staff for my drink and additional item ordered. The staff member asked for my digital receipt and in return, I showedthe email confirmation, containing order information, scanner code, name, etc. Staff kept asking for digital receipt, or if Ireceived any emails, and only thing I received was notification that my pizza was ready. So after awhile I'm finally able toretrieve my order, all this extra hassle, staff doesn't say bye, thank, have a nice day, nothing. I have no beef, but it waspoor service. Read more
I called in at 5:40pm to place an order that I needed ready by 6:15pm. I came in to pick up my order and had to wait until... 6:55pm to receive my purchase. The lady in front of me was rung up for the wrong items and had to wait an extra 45 minutesbecause the cashier forgot to add a pizza to the order. So, a recap: I placed my order over the phone at 5:40pm and asked forit to be ready by 6:15pm. It was not ready until 6:50pm. I had places to be and was late because my order took over anhour. What is going on?? I?m pretty sure the guy at the register was either new or in training, so where was a manager toproperly assist him? I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of coordination, and customer service I received today. I willnot be returning to this location and am so upset with my experience. Do not go to this location, unless you want your time tobe wasted with terrible service. The guy at the register did offer a free soda (which I appreciate), but it didn?t change thefact that my food was almost 40 minutes late and it took the kitchen over an hour to make a subpar looking pizza.
