This place is always packed when people are stopping by on their way home, but the line moves fairly quickly and I have almost... never had a mistake with my order. My only real gripe is that they aren't open very late, like, they close their drive thru at845pm on a Friday! Every other McDonald's in West Sacramento seem to close kinda early, except for the one over by the Walmart.But at least they allow walk-ins now, so I guess that's good? Read more
Went through the drive-thru and took 5 minutes to take my order. Thought maybe she was having trouble. Never told me to pull... forward. Never gave me a total on my amount or even asked if that was it. After sitting there for a bit longer. She asked mewhat my order would be. I explained I'm the same person and asked if I should pull forward. She rudely said yes as if it wasobvious or I should have known. When I pulled up to the window I asked for a receipt because my company pays for my food. As Ihanded her my card she said no she has no paper and before I can say anything she runs my card regardless, if I wanted to changemy mind or not. I ended up having to pay for my own meal when the company could have paid it. For me. It's fine but the employeewas just extremely rude to the entire time. Did not care about me at all. Read more
Don't use the mobile app to pay for your orders because they will say your order didn't go through and therefore you have to pay... double for it. They want the money in their pocket by blaming the system. The cashier will just take out the over charged moneyfor their own good. Read more
I don't eat McDonald's, but that day I did, because other 2 places nearby had a long line and I was hungry. I quickly learned... why McDonald's line was non-existent. There were 2 paper signs on the drive through and one lane closed, saying they were out ofliterally all drinks, in 100+ degree weather. No, smoothies, no frappes, no sodas, no shakes..I had to ask what I COULD drinkwith my combo. There should never be a moment where McDonald's is out of anything. That reflects on management. Cheeseburger sloppy like it was sat on and thrown in the bag. They weren't crowded either! Cant call them thenumber listed is a fax machine. Disgusting place! Never again!
