This location has issues, we waited 30 minutes for them to make two sandwiches. People that ordered after us got their... sandwiches before us. Employees don't seem to have it together! The sandwiches are really good and other locations we haven'thad any problems. We went back a second time 15 minutes before closing and they refused to make a hot sandwich and the employeesseemed irritated that we were there. Read more
The sandwiches ate fantastic. The staff are quiet at this location and don?t seem happy and are not friendly. Just kind of going... through the motions. Sandwhiches and orders take about 30-45 minutes so be prepared to wait. I have been to other locations thatare much faster so not sure what is goi g on or if short staffed. Read more
Ordered at 12:36 on a Sunday and the restaurant was fairly busy. At around 1pm, after multiple people that had ordered after me... got their food I asked about my order. One of the employees was obviously annoyed and said she was working on it, while shakingher head and saying ?it?s whatever, it doesn?t matter? to her co-worker. At 1:07pm I finally got my food and the employee saidthey had lost my ticket. My sandwich was no special order either, just a #9 cold with a produce add on. Food was great. Bread was fresh but be warned. Call in your order if you are short on time. These kids move like snails. Took... nearly 30 minutes to get my food ready and there was five workers back there, they prioritize call in orders in over walk ins.The food was ALMOST worth the wait. Read more
This is the definition of an excellent sandwich! The bread is amazing and quite possibly the best sour dough I have ever... tried. The quality of everything they put in side is obvious. I highly recommend this place for a great meal. The staff wassuper friendly, location was very clean and they have the new self serve Coke machines so many choices for a drink. It was so nice to find a place that allowed you to enter without a mask and had indoor seating available. Plus, the sandwiches... and salads are delicious. The small Cobb salad was more than enough food for one person. I wasn't able to finish the wholesalad. Everything is fresh tasting and doesn't leave you feeling overly stuffed. Sourdough & Co is a nice and new place. They serve sandwiches, salads, and soup. I got the salad and it was great. My friend got... a sandwich and it was okay. Nothing special. The soup we got was delicious though! I recommend getting the clam chowder soup ifavailable! The staff were extremely friendly and helped us out a lot because it was our first time there. The environment isvery welcoming and nice. The only negative is how expensive it is. We only got a few things but our order came close to $30 fortwo people. Overall, I enjoyed it and recommend it. I placed an online order on 10/22. I was working that day and didn?t have time to walk in and order. When I arrived I was told... they don?t sell the wraps and offered me another type of bread. Ultimately, I requested a refund for that sandwich and said I?djust take the other sandwich I ordered. Well , they had not made it so I had to wait for it. They told me they could not issueme a refund and only the manager could do it. Here we are more than a week later and no refund. I called on Saturday and spokewith the same person who helped me. She stated the manager was not in and took my contact information to pass on to her. I needanswers, but more importantly I need my money back for the sandwich I never received. I won?t be going back there again. I agreewith what some of the other reviews echo. Service in my experience has been poor. Read more
