Be aware when they hand out your food on a bag, the always missing items, I had to drive back all the way from home and they... can?t remember me at the drive through window and still charged me for the sandwich. They all acted like nothing happened Shameon them. This is just the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've thought that each time I come. They are always getting CRUSHED first... thing in the morning and yet their energy is absolutely vibing, they keep the air so positive, and are always so friendly, evenbeing apologetic for the wait when they are just swamped. I went yesterday in the afternoon and the guy that took my order seemed annoyed and was rude when I got to the window. I waiting... over 5 mins to get my drinks, I looked over to the window and my drinks were sitting right there on the counter and didn?t evenbother to hand them out the window, he was ignoring me. He didn?t even say ?have a nice day? or anything so I just drove off. Ialso ordered all my drinks with extra caramel drizzle and he didn?t even bother to make sure they had the extra so I had to goback inside and get a refund on the extra drizzle for all 5 drinks. The current staff here is insanely friendly. And they really seem to like each other. Great place to have a cup of coffee and... get some work done on the interwebs. Tends to be drive-thru heavy, and a dine-in light, so it's usually easy to find a seat.Lots of folks stop in for coffee or tea on their commute or heading up to or coming back from Tahoe since it's right off thefreeway. The inside of the Starbucks is organized and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When sitting outside, there were... only two chairs that weren't covered in bird poop. If the chairs were clean, this Starbucks is a five star kind of place. Read more
Very friendly staff and the drinks are always great. But location is hard to get to and the bathroom needed attention.
