We went to hear Paris sing & she didn't disappoint! She was phenomenal the service was amazing very friendly staff they make you... feel like a friend. I'm sure my husband & I will be back. Looks are deceiving it look so small but when you walk in there is thebar area & a 2nd room where there are more tables & on a nice day there is a fenced in patio where you can be outside. Pretty horrible. Our server was very sweet but that was the only positive aspect of the experience. I ordered a simple Tito?s... and cranberry. The server asked if I would like a double and I said sure. She brought the drink in a pint glass and I swear Ithink it was just club soda and a splash of cranberry. Did they think I wouldn?t notice? Wow nice way to make more than a 300%profit on their alcoholic beverages! I have to say that?s the first time I?ve seen that scam. I understand times are tough forrestaurants but they are tough for patrons also! I will not be back here for that simple reason alone. My boyfriend said hisfish tacos were pretty good. I didn?t find the food good at all. I ordered the pulled chicken on a salad. I was thinking itwould be like bbq?ed pulled chicken but instead it was dry and flavorless. It was served on a paper plate which definitelydidn?t help its cause lol. South shore dive is a hidden gem. A little always from any downtown but still right on Main Street makes it super accessible.... They always have great drinks and delicious food. Everything is hand crafted which makes it all the better. There is indoor andout door seating. The outdoor patio is beautiful with plants and greenery as well as nautical decor. Met up with a friend for lunch on a Sunday. Was hoping to get the regular menu...we didn't realize it was brunch. We were not... disappointed. We both got Benny's...her the fried chicken and waffles, me the ham, avocado and tomato. White sangria was spot onas well. Will definitely come back for dinner. A good spot here for sure! I feel like it?s a sleeper. Not many know yet how good it is. Food was great. Really enjoyed our... meal here. Chicken and red velvet waffles hit the spot.
