This place I've called my 2nd home; from the lovely chill atmosphere, great service, and good food...Lately, I feel this... location is less-deserving of 5 stars. The past few times I've visited (and I come pretty often), my food has been ill-prepared,service is slow (I usually go when there's not many diners), and it feels like your being skimped of your money at times(especially with takeout) when you pay for great food and it just disappointing time and time again. We were a large 8-person party of four adults, three teens, and one toddler. We were seated quickly. The waitress brought out... the toddler meal quickly. We all shared the mac and cheese and baked clams as appetizers. Both were very good. My husband andI enjoyed the maple salmon and blacked sea bass. Our children enjoyed burgers and a BLT. My first time here, and it was an excellent experience! Fantastic service, wonderful watermelon martini and the food was... absolutely delicious! The Reuben was made to perfection and the sweet potatoes fries were deadly! Our waitress was one of themost upbeat and enthusiastic waitresses I?ve seen in a long time. Had such a great time dining at The Shed! We ate lunch outside on the benches in front under the shade of the trees. Such a... lovely place! All the staff are super nice as well! We ordered the Breakfast Bowl and the Shed Bowl. The Breakfast Bowl wasabsolutely delicious! It had a hint of spice from the sauce but it melded really well with the poached egg yolk. The potatoes onthe bottom were beautifully crispy on the outside and soft in the inside whereas the corn and onions gave a nice crunch to thedish. The Shed Bowl was seasoned very well and the dressing was sweet yet perfectly acidic. All the sides of the dish were alsowell balanced in this salad. This place is very popular (for good reason!) so come early enough so that the wait time is manageable. There's a beautiful bar... inside you can grab a drink while you wait for your table, or you can stay outside on a nice day. Dogs are allowed for outdoorseating. The inside is beautiful, bright, and airy with lots of natural sunshine. Drinks were delicious (feat: The Pink Pantherand The Shed Lemonade. Both the Fried Chicken Sandwich and Smoke Burger were delicious. The burger was cooked to a *true*medium, and the chicken was cripsy and juicy. The Gouda Fries are a treat and the sweet potato fries are perfectly crispy andsalted. I can't wait to come back! Read more
