Been loyal customers for years and today that will come to an end. Yesterday we did a double dough cheese and pepperoni. When I... picked it up half the pie didn?t have cheese and there were literally six pepperoni on it. Couldn?t wait for them to bakeanother so I wound up at Little Caesar?s for a hot and ready. Tanner comped us a free double dough for the trouble. We used thattonight and our second attempt was not any better. This isn?t the first time we have had an issue either. Sometimes the pie hasbeen burnt to a crisp, or it hasn?t been cooked all the way. You bite into it and it is cool on the inside and doughy. Price hasgone up and quality has gone down. If you want good blue cheese that?s one thing they never get wrong. They have the jars readyto go in the cooler by the register. Read more

Ordered large pizza and 20 wings and requested buffalo sauce. We picked the order up and when we got home realized they had used... BBQ sauce instead of Buffalo. When I called, the manager said their refund policy requires that food be brought back. We are 20minutes away and was hoping the Restaurant would have been more flexible with their policy since it was their mistake and thedistance of our drive would not have been acceptable JUST to get the order correct. At the bare minimum, they should have fullrefunded the wings or offered to give us 20 wings for free the next time. Ninos was the #1 place to go. Reastly they have been making big mistakes. I would shake my head, & say mistakes happen.... Happens more often than not. 7/9 part of my order requested suate onions opps, just onions. Grunt,???? talked with manager witch mentioned there work force age are 16 17 year olds. For what a 16, 17 are paid, And what cost of things are. Should beminor mistakes. On 9/10 I ordered 2 slices of pizza one cheese & pep, other cheese. And a sub with onions. Picked up orderwitch according to minos. Sub, slice cheese pizza, and large cheese and pepperoni ???????. They corrected order. Laterdiscovered NO ONIONS.. Very disappointed with ninos. Hopefully the management can , will train there work force better. Betteryet the owner might need to over see the managers. Read more
Stopped at this pizza shop on our adventures yesterday. We always finds little pizza shops di it best. Well it wasn't little...... but it was fantastic! First thing I always look for is cleanliness, and since riding in the car for hours, I started at theirrestroom. Clean, neat, and functional... check! The decor was great, they had a few big TVs on, and the staff was exceedinglyfriendly and polite! Which is hard to come by nowadays. My slice was awesome and husbands loved the wings! Just drove in from Charlotte and always make first stop here for pizza. Very disappointed with large 5 topping special. They... added jalapeños on it which we did not order and it was actually loaded with them and couldn't eat or enjoy it because toospicy hot! Very sad...and hungry after driving 10.5 hours. Read more
