Usually I have no issues with this location and order here often. I always use the app to order and then pickup food. Today... though, 6/4/21, I ordered food about 5pm and picked it up as normal. Two of the subs were completely wrong. The girl who madethem, idk what happened but she toasted a veggie sub. Who does that? I have the order saved in the app and get the same thingevery time. I also received the ham sub and I asked for mayo and she put Chipotle on it. Very disappointed as it had to bethrown out because the person eating it cannot have spicy foods. Idk if I will be back. A superior Subway. These folks always have my online order ready at the time I pick in the app and I?ve never had an issue once... yet. No lame excuses like the Subway at Southgate where they don?t seem to care about customer service or orders through theapp, these folks actually care about how it?s supposed to be done!
