Great service and staff. Sub was delicious. Restaurant was very clean and modern. Hand sink by pop machine is a great amenity
Don?t leave reviews often but felt compelled to as a former worker in the industry. My experience at this location has always... been great but the two woman working today were absolutely off the charts with their work effort. Juggling take out orders andtaking care of the customers in a timely fashion while still being attentive to the sandwhich making. To boot, extremely politeand engaging at the same time. I was really impressed. These two specifically were wayyy above and beyond! Kudos!! Read more

Food here is always good but the shift changed and it left one person to make all these orders . He did an excellent job and no... negative response as he was happy to help everyone as fast as he could . I really like this location and they should have 2workers at all times because we don't want good employees leaving a job because the place was understaffed. Read more
I said the roll looked burnt - they had the burnt side facing away from me. They said no, its just crispy and wrapped them quick... and put them in my bag. 3 out of 4 subs burnt like this. Pretty ridiculous, bet they wouldnt eat a sub like this. Read more
Stopped in for the first time in awhile to a subway and I chose the Southgate Plaza location. I don't regret it. My first... thought was that the place was clean. Second... I was greeted by a very happy, friendly woman who seemed genuinely happy to haveme and my family there. Then, the gentleman behind the counter made my sub to perfection. All in all it was a very pleasantexperience. I give the elusive 5 stars to this location, something I rarely give. Thank you Jane and Bob. Read more
These folks do not respect online order pick up times, be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes for your order to be ready, even... though you had it set for a predetermined time, AND they?ll mark it as ready in the app even though ?you just walked in the doorso we haven?t started making it yet? with a snarky attitude to boot. Guy behind the counter deserves all the stress he getsworking in that chaos he creates!
