It's OK except the different men that wait at the end of the drive thru asking for money. It's ALL the time. I have not gone... thru drive thru because of this. They just stare at you while you are trying to pay for your order. Can social serviceshelp them ?? Read more

My morning stop. The employees are always friendly. My order is always correct. The drive thru goes quickly. Great job.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Unfortunately, it is the closest location to my home and for convenience, I... find myself forced to pass through this location for my morning coffee and breakfast a few times a week. 3 out of 4 times, thesandwiches they serve are SEVERELY burned, (See my posted photo) and the staff is absolutely as rude as can be. I have witnessedon MULTIPLE occasions the manager of this location (skinny redhead with a tattoo sleeve) yell at customers. I have also hadissues where they?ll ring me up for something, charge me, THEN tell me that they?re out of that product and get upset when I askfor a refund. The staff is clearly poorly trained, and the management in place is a joke and should be removed from thepositions they?re in. The coffee itself is decent at this location, but that?s no excuse to treat your customers like they?rean inconvenience. Read more
