When we pulled up we heard the young man Jake making the sandwiches complaining about people ordering so much food whatever, we... ignored it and continued waiting for our order when they finally gave us our order that same young man Jake came to the drivethrough window and was very ignorant he stated ? it?s ignorant to order 5 sandwiches the drive through is only to order a coffeeand a donut? I can maybe understand if they were super busy but when we first pulled up there was no one behind us and by thetime we got our food there was only 2 cars in the drive through. I went through the drive thru and asked nicely if they could just put some ketchup on my sandwich but the woman refused even... though everyone else does it and has done it before even at every other location. They consider it a "special order" anywhereelse.
