When we pulled up we heard the young man Jake making the sandwiches complaining about people ordering so much food whatever, we... ignored it and continued waiting for our order when they finally gave us our order that same young man Jake came to the drivethrough window and was very ignorant he stated ? it?s ignorant to order 5 sandwiches the drive through is only to order a coffeeand a donut? I can maybe understand if they were super busy but when we first pulled up there was no one behind us and by thetime we got our food there was only 2 cars in the drive through. I went through the drive thru and asked nicely if they could just put some ketchup on my sandwich but the woman refused even... though everyone else does it and has done it before even at every other location. They consider it a "special order" anywhereelse. Wonderful place to relax with friends, staff is all friendly. This one lady there; think her name is Deb has a wonderful laugh... and great character. I went in , first I seen a sign for a tea latte and order that with a coffee , she says what is a tea latte ? I said I don't... know that's what your sign says ? Then after that I get the tea but not my coffee after 2 people after me get there stuff Ifinally spoke up and said I think you forgot my coffee ? So the nice cashier says what did u order after repeating myself twicethe worker named Emma says ask her what she orderd very snotty to her , I said I did tell her and the Emma yells at me and saysdo you want us to make your coffee or not ? Worst Tims ever! My second horrible experience at this location. It?s 7:30 in the morning they have zero Tim bits available and... very limited donuts for the morning rush it?s ridiculous. The last time I pre-ordered for lunch on the app and when I wentthrough the drive-thru they hadn?t even started preparing it until I got there . It was lunch for 8 people so not only did Ihave to wait 10 minutes, everyone behind me did too.
