I order a large meal, the bald guy in pink (manager?) says we only charged you for medium. I Understand, but it doesn?t address... the fact I ordered a large and received a medium. Incompetent staff taking drive thru orders. Had to put up 2 other orders on my screen before figuring out how to order me 3... happy meals. I have a car full of hungry and upset kids and after the delay with ordering I had to pull forward and wait for15-20 minutes for French fries, again with a car full of hungry and upset kids. I asked if they had fresh coffee, girl was honest and said "No". I was hoping at that time she would of told me to pull over... shell make a fresh pot, but she didnt. I love McD coffee. Went next door to DD. Read more
We've visited this location a few times and every time has been a positive experience. Sometimes the drive through line gets a... bit long, but service is great. Employees are friendly and the food is fresh. Read more
The day manager today was a complete jerk to my wife. She had two little kids in the car and he was pressuring her to come... inside because there was an issue with the app. The woman that at came out to help her was a life saver. He needs sometraining. Instead of resolving a situation he made things worse. No excuse to be rude and dismissive. Read more
Ordered an egg Mcmuffin and the egg part wasn't even cooked!.....really gross. The Whole Foods down the street has really good... egg sandwiches exactly like McDonald's but way better in the morning for even less price. Will stick with that from now on. Ireally don't get why this particular mcdonalds can't get it together. The one in Unionville runs smoothly and inside dining isfully opened.
