Love this place!! We did not know what seitan was so we asked... The great kid at the register did not know for sure but was... wheat based. He said he'd never had it...i asked how long he had worked there.. 3 years... And you've never tried it... Nope...Our food was ready and we went to our table. 5 minutes later I went to the salsa bar and grabbed 3 small cups. My daughter andI went to the counter and I lined up the 3 cups and $5... The other lady busted out laughing... Obviously he had told her wewere drilling him on trying it... They cooked up 3 slices.. It got busy so we waited for him...
