Most of the employees were very pleasant. At least the boys that were working there. The cashier woman was very very unpleasant.... I dont know what it is with these kids these days but in the 80s and 90s when we were kids, one of the job requirements incustomer service, was service. You had to be good to the customer. Nobody had to tell us that. We just knew that was part of thedeal. I dont know where that art was lost, but it is gone now. Leave your misery at home or go on welfare and be a leech to therest of us. I love Chipotle restaurants in general. This location in particular is pretty good, usually clean, staff is efficient and... friendly, no real issues here, but also nothing to write home about, nothing wowed me. Leana along with the rest of the team did what they could however there are limited because their manager lacks... leadership. The worst experience out of all the Chipotle in the area, I would recommend by people and followers to steer awayfrom this location. The manager is subpar and does a horrible job. Chipotle you need to do a better job at training your staff and managers. The food portion serving was awful. Again you won't get food. Keesean needs to be retrained as a manager and seta great example. I belive in re training and retaining staff. I fully give this place a 1 star and hope others don't experience this madness. THE WORST! This location was good when they first opened but over time has gone down hill very fast. It is a very common... occurrence for them to have no chips, lacking other ingredients, and getting orders wrong. Orders are also usually late evenafter you show up late in anticipation for them behind behind. If you value your time, money, and sanity avoid this location atall costs. If anyone from chipotle does read this please look into this locations poor performance and lack of customer focus ordo us all a favor and close it down. Read more

This location PACKS your bowl with its ingredients and I am NOT complaining! Of course the ingredients themselves taste so fresh... but the real stars of the show are the employees themselves who made the dine-in experience a good one. They are super friendlyand super quick. Probably the most efficient staffing at this location that I've seen since it opened. 100% recommend. Read more
