They messed up my order TWICE. My husband and I both wanted the steak cook ?Medium rare ? and my husbands came out perfectly but... mine was way overcooked. I told the waitress and she apologized. After twenty minutes of waiting I decided to leave. Then themanager came out apologize again and gave me remake ones. BUT I came home and open it, IT WAS NOT Medium RARE! The bartender Valerie was absolutely phenomenal. She expertly juggled all her duties from waiting on customers, cleaning the bar... and surrounding tables and going in the back to ensure great food quality. This restaurant is pretty good. Although, restaurants vary in atmosphere, food quality, and service. Most of the Longhorns I've... been to have met my expectations. They treat you with the warm bread and the price is reasonable, like most restaurants of it'sclass. I recommend it. It's an upgrade from Applebee's ????. Read more
