The lady who works the speaker despite not knowing English, and being hard of hearing. I have to repeat myself multiple times... every time here and a lot of the timed they forget items, or don't listen to requests. I said no sauce, yet the lady addedbuffalo sauce from miscommunication due to the lack of basic english. so i can't even eat my food now. Read more

I haven't been to McDonald's in a while. I definitely won't go back. We ordered at the kiosk. There was no one at the front... counter so we had to. There were sanitizer dispensers at the kiosk, they were empty. The kiosk has us enter a number with atable card so that our would be brought to us. I had no idea McDonald's did this now. We sat and waited. Several minutes lateran employee shouts across the restaurant " hey, did you order 2 McChickens?" We replied, yes. She said here it is and left thebag on the counter. We picked up our food and asked for our drinks. She gave us 2 cups with 2 lids that didn't fit. We went tofill out drinks. There were hand sanitizer dispensers there. We went to use them and they were also empty. We went to therestroom to wash out hands but, there was no soap. So we ate our dry McChickens with our dirty hands and went on with our day. Terrible! Took them 25 minutes to make a large black coffee and an oatmeal. They suck at drive through service. They can?t multi... task at all. They need new management and to hire more help Read more

Long drive thru line but inside only 2 people at the line, so we enter and no one came to take the order (the 2 auto panel were... shut down) ????. The people in front of us were complaining because no employee asked the order. So I decided to go to the drivethru, quick customer service to take the money but more than 15 minutes to receive the order and the supervisor was speakingbadly words in Spanish "puñe.."pure.., because the employees ???? were lazy ????. ???? and the without sugar or milk. Where to start.. I ordered the big breakfast and specifically say NO HOTCAKES twice(I get hotcakes) I order 2 extra orders of... scramble eggs on a separate plate they forget them completely (and when the bring me out the eggs its only 1 order after Irepeated several times) I order 2 bottles of oj they forget it and then hand me 1 after I repeated 2.. I'm not eating themanyway but they forgot the butter and syrup for the hotcakes.. I never do reviews especially if its just little mistakes but howmuch worse can they be here? Hire new staff they're costing you money.. Read more

It is frankly hard to describe how abysmal the customer service is here and other McDonald's in the area. Staff simply do not do... their jobs. They often do not handle payments properly or give you a receipt, they often do not give you the correct order, theyoften make you wait extensively for your order, they often forget about your order entirely, and they are often clueless whenyou ask a question. I cannot understand what leads to this: poor management, poor training, combination of other factors?Regardless, McDonald's has permanently lost my buisness. Inflation is too high to even consider going there in a pinch (which iswhen I usually go). The end product is nothing but hassle. Read more

Worst location in West Springfield. 75% of the time, they don't have electricity, 85% of the time, they will make a mistake on... your order and 95% of the time, drive-thru or dine-in takes 30-60 minutes to receive your order. Other notes to add, mostemployees don't speak English, have 0 customer service experience and they hire a new set of employees every week which are evenworse. I have been going here for the past 7 years and I always give them a second chance. If you read this review, saveyourself like me and go to the Westfield locations because the other location in West Springfield is the same pile of rubbish.Apparently, management don't care, because if they do, they should consider this review and the other 500 reviews with 1 star. I had to use the kiosk to place my order because the registers had no money. When I asked the manager for help he ignored me... several times. Finally I finally got my order to go thru. I then finally got my order went and sat down and there was noketchupand no salt in the bag. I went up to get some and was ignored once again. Finally he came to me at the counter and justlooked at me and finally I got my salt and ketchup and held it up high to drop it in my hand. He was so rude! I will never goback to that McDonald's again!!! Read more
