This location increasingly keeps missing items from my orders and when they attempt to replace them the wait times are almost as... bad as waiting for the food in the first place. This location is consistently rude, the amount of time you wait for your order due to management and employees having social... hour or being on their phones instead of doing their job is atrocious, attitude given for not using their self service kiosk,tables aren't cleaned regularly. Has gotten better over time, but it's not by much. They need to be shut down, and the franchiseowners should be ashamed for the way it's run. They quite frankly don't care and don't deserve the $16/hr they make. I only cometo this one because it's the closest. Read more
Terrible customer service!!! They don't even know how to give you proper change, and on top of that have an attitude when you... order and see them at the window. Don't recommend at all! By far worst service from McDonald's i've seen in awhile. Been stopping here each morning for 2 weeks and guy won't stop... interrupting us when we're trying to order. Tonight we were parked. We asked for condiments when ordering, again when parked.Food came nothing. Asked lady if we can get some, she says "Yeah I guess". Waited and nothing. Finally had to go inside to getit after 3 times asking. Parking lot always a mess. Wendy's will get our $50 a day business starting tomorrow. Read more
