The breakfast is good, the workers are nice, the bread is fresh and delicious, I like to have breakfast here.
Yummy breakfast sandwich the roll is so tasty. Coffee dark roast hot and strong. Help is great the lady behind the grill area... is exceptionally nice. All the other counter help are pleasant too. Nice sitting area and fire is an added bonus. Read more
I ordered from here almost everyday but will not be spending another cent with this establishment. I ordered you pick two and... this is the second time I have recieved a delivery of a chicken noodle soup with no chicken or noodles when I called infrustrated about this occurrence the mgr on duty explained that they use one scoop of chicken and one cup of noodles to everysoup bowl. When I explained this was not the case for my soup she began yelling and implied I had an attitude and what did Iwant her to do about it. $25.00 for delivery of basically a carrot soup is unacceptable along with attitude and anunsympathetic mgr who should understand that when someone orders lunch delivery it is because they can't pick it up. We frequent Paneras from Florida to NH. My wife and I both have the unlimited coffee plan. Unfortunately, this Panera leaves us... with an unpleasant taste in our mouths. Not because of the food, but because of the bad attitudes of the food handlers. One hadthe nerve to turn his back to me, and make a snotty remark! Loud enough for me to hear. Reluctantly, they served the order theway all other Paneras have done repeatedly. I commend the staff for that. This Panera had better get with the corporate programof great service, and great food. Terrible lunch, we ordered for delivery, it did not show up at all! When we called the store said supposedly it was on the wrong... date ????. Anyways even though they had the order we had to reorder again on line for the whole office. Of course nothing wascorrect after we got it 2 hours later than the original time requested. Wrong bread on all the sandwiches, actually it wasstale. The drinks were not the size requested. This is the second time that I had a problem with the West Springfield and I?mdone. Very disappointing how the quality of food and service has changed. Would not recommend this if your expecting food foodon time! Read more
First time here, for working at 7:15 am. I could not find any plug for my Mac. All plugs are covered except white ones are on... main way for vacuum cleaner. I got your message Panera West Springfield ?? better to drive Panera Enfield. Read more

It was a pleasant experience. We ordered Tomato soup which came with French Baguette and croutons. It was hot. Quick service.
