As always absolutely delicious pizza ! Definitely appreciate the superior service from Allyson, i had questions about... differences in crust + how much a large would be with 2 or 3 toppings. Didn't have a coupon she used a digital coupon orsomething which was pretty cool. Was in there shortly B4 9PM on 10/23/22, they were busy & i still had the pizza & was headedhome pretty quick. I came here with my mom to order a pizza and bread sticks. We were waiting in line for over 30 minutes to get our order. The... staff was giving out wrong pizza to the wrong customers. Also this place was packed with people all waiting for their pizza tocome out. The staff was slow and very busy. The parking lot is small with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance.There were cars lined up on the side of the road because there was no parking places in the parking lot left. Food was fine however, the service was less than stellar. I was overcharged by 11 dollars and when i mentioned it to the cashier... all i got back from him was an eyeroll and an "I dont know". When i asked to speak to someone else a brown haired girl coveredin tattoos came over and when i pointed out the price discrepancy she said they dont accept coupons at that location. This place has a wonderful staff. Atleast the day I went with my family. We called ahead and confirmed dine in is allowed. Once... arrived, I was greeted and when I mentioned my choice of dine in, I was explained how the process works by placing the order andthen sitting on the table or booth of my choice. Anyways, it was an easy process and the service was quick. Knowing of howbusinesses are nickel and diming these days to stay competitive and profitable, I requested to add extra marinara after placingthe order. I was ready to pay when the cashier generously added that on house. What can I say staff was polite, friendly andefficient. Now coming to pizza, well it is still the same deliciously tasting. They ran out of garlic bread sticks but theregular bread sticks we ordered was equally delicious. My kids enjoyed their boneless wings. We ordered the 2L drink and cupsand plates were provided. Although it was a unique no waiter service but everyone thoroughly enjoyed the dine in experiencewhich is way better than taking out. This Pizza Hut location has demonstrated the worst customer service I?ve experienced in a long time. The server gave our pizza... to the wrong table . After 25 more minutes they came back out and gave that same table another pizza saying they had made amistake. Just because of how long they made me wait I went back up to the counter to ask what was happening with our order. Theypreceded to tell me there was an issue and they were just starting over. They never came up to tell me themselves and gave freestuff to a table that had just gotten there . After 45 mins we had nothing to eat and people behind us had two pizzas , so Igot my refund and left. No apology or anything. They just disrespected me and could care less about our business. Got a large stuffed crust. Was pretty decent. A little too much sauce for me. Counter staff was pleasant and wait time was... average. Would be nice if they had more seating area for pickups. Read more
