Tandem Bagel Company Store in West Springfield, MA has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAGELS AND ESPRESSO COFFEES. I Tried it... yesterday and went back Today for My Pretzel Bagel Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich and the Most Delicious TASTING ICED MOCHATOASTED MARSHMALLOW ESPRESSO SINCE SOCIETY COFFEE BAR IN TAUNTON, MA. The Employees are Very Patient and helped me find the IcedEspresso Drink that I was looking for and even suggested if I wanted even Sweeter they could add a few Liquid Sugar Pumps in andthat Made it even Sweeter ( I LOVE SWEET CHOCOLATE DRINKS) and it TASTED DELICIOUSLY. So happy that we now have a location here as well in Easthampton & Northampton Mass which is a bit far for me. Fresh bagels.... Great selection of cream cheese and sandwiches. I was excited that they had pumpernickel bagels as they are usually hard to comeby at some places. I had bacon, egg and cheese on a pumpernickel bagel. Nice and crunchy on the outside and pillowy soft on theinside. Delicious! Read more
Didn't expect to find this in the outskirts of Springfield! So many bagel options and everything we had was delicious. I had a... gluten free bagel with peanut butter and jelly on the side, and all bagels come pre sliced and you can ask to have them toasted.The soy cappuccino was excellent as well. A great breakfast/brunch spot! The food is always consistently good. I haven?t had a disappointing meal yet. They have a lot of... different options to choose from. You can customize your own bagel sandwich with a variety of different ingredients inside. Thecoffee is pretty decent too! Would recommend anyone to come on in and try the bagels!
