Ordered baconator meal, sugar cookie, 6 piece nugget with BBQ. GOT baconator with one piece of bacon Xtra crisp ie: burnt fries... and soda, FIRST I had to pull up thru drive thru and WAIT then 6 minutes later got the burger meal ( THATS IT) . Had to get outto walk in to get the nuggets and cookie that was being run out by a employees .I took the bag and left. Driving down thehighway I got my burger cold fries (which were thrown out DISGUSTING) and daughter had 5 nuggets (ordered 6) and NO COOKIES!!What the Hell is up with the lack of quality guarantee and PRIDE in service? Went to order breakfast in my town and they were closed due to a power outage so I had 10 minutes to get to their other location... to order before they switched to lunch. Luckily I made it in time. I ordered 2 croissant egg, Swiss and bacon. I receivedsausage. Went back through the drive thru and they apologized profusely for the error and whipped up fresh sandwiches andbrought them out to me. Got food 9/30/22 around 9:30 PM. They were busy and I understand that, but when we got our drink, totally warm, no ice, I asked... the girl at the window for ice and she said you guys were out??? I don?t get why I wasn?t told that at when ordering a drink orwhen it was handed to me? I had to say something? Read more

Very disappointed staff isn't allowed to disclose food & beverage ingredients. Was told it was a liability issue & to look it... up online. However, there was zero cellular signal, and Wendy's wi-fi signal wasn't strong enough to work while in line at thedrive thru. Not being able to determine ingredients could pose a SERIOUS SAFETY RISK to anyone with food sensitivities orallergies. Read more

West Springfield Wendy's has gone downhill. Slowest service ever, making each drive up customer wait until previous customer has... picked up their food before even taking your order. Last week they served the weakest ice tea I've ever had. Like barely coloredwater. Read more

It has been a while since I have been to a local Wendys. I really like the salad, but it is not worth the wait. Service has... dropped off to an annoying level. Around 4 PM on a Friday and they were out of Strawberry Salad. I wanted 3, they only had 2.Out of grilled chicken too, had to wait 10 minutes extra for that. Got an avocado salad, that didn't have any avocado on it.Waited over 15 minutes for them to take my order with only one car in front of me. I saw that a Wendys in RI went out ifbusiness. I think I am done with local Wendys and I used to go a few times a week to Feeeding Hills, but have stopped that causeof several bad experiences. Read more

My partner and I were the only people inside the restaurant and we were not serviced in a timely manner. When we were serviced... the young lady was on her phone texting while we were giving her our order. We were also informed that the fryolator wasn'tworking and they couldn't serve nuggets or fries. RIDICULOUS! There was also a sign saying they were also out of a specificsalad. HOW!? There's barely ever any customers. How are they out of anything at all? When we received our order, the ONE burgerwe ordered didn't even taste fresh and was lukewarm. The lemonade was super watered down. This location deserves to be shutdown. I'd rather have a Burger King in it's spot. Their nuggets might not be good but at least they always have them. Read more

It's fast food. I get it. I've been there four times now over The last 3 months. How is the ice machine for your drinks Still... broken? Also at the drive-thru how can you not get food out in a timely fashion. Every single time I've had to pull over andwait an extra five 10 maybe even 15 minutes. Wendy's is usually pretty consistent.
