Normally Chipotles are 5 stars. This one gets my business because of it being so close. The food is very over cooked. The meats... is dry. The service is slow. You do get the chipotle taste and they are not stingy with the portions. That is the saving graceof this chipotle. Read more
Ordered two bowls .The employees forgot to put one bowl in the bag. Once I came into the store and explained the situation,... the manager started reviewing the camera footage and wasted 30-40 minutes reviewing the footage instead of just giving me what Ipaid for. She watched the video footage and Once she confirmed it she did give me the other bowl. Time is of the essence. Thestore needs to do better. Read more
We ordered meal for delivery and they just left outside without ringing the bell. Also the kids meal came with missing drink... and fruit. And the amount of all the meals are half of the bowl. This is terrible and we are not going to order anymore. Read more
Ordered a triple pointer steak and chicken, the hispanic lady MANAGER gave me 1 single scoop of chicken and steak. That burrito... was smaller than my hands. I asked if they could redo it and actually make it double I will pay and if not anything to just addmore meat and ill pay whatever. The big white guy at the register said I?d have to go to the line again to get it redone. We didso and the MANAGER once again did the burrito. Come to the register again and they said we have to pay another $24 on top of the$40 we just spent for the original burrito. We compare them and there is a CLEAR size difference so how is it that i ordered thesame thing twice and the other comes out bigger? Manager came to interrupt me and cashiers convo to say we DIDNT specificallytalk to her and they cant possibly do something like that. What is so hard about taking 2 scoops of chicken and 2 scoops ofsteak that IM PAYING FOR that you cant even do the first time? Disgusting behavior from manager and not coming back again. Dobetter. This is the closest Chipotle to my house and I always go out of my way to go to the Springfield Plaza or Kohl's Chipotle because... the food and service is SO bad here. My food is really wet and doesn't taste right half the time. They have high turnover withemployees. The portions are small. Long wait times. It's just really unfortunate. Read more

This is the worst Chipotle in the area, avoid it at all costs. They consistently miss items that were ordered online;... furthermore the cut 50% of portions compared to other Chipotle restaurants, a rip off. The site manager needs to be fired, noquality control or whatsoever. Read more
Update: Don?t go to this one, always super small portions. Go to the one on Old Keene mill. Seriously!! Brown guacamole not... just the top all throughout, terrible. Wow what a way to be cheap Chipotle. Seriously the burritos are now the size for kids. Wow, Chipotle is so cheap. Read more
