Did this location get a new manager or something? It is always out of stock and I can never find the pastries I am looking for.... It was never this bad at this location no matter how busy it was. Other Penera Bread locations do not have this problem. Someoneplease reachout and save this branch. The other locations are too far for me to travel to everyday. If you all like a little food poisoning to your diet, then here is where you must go!! Went there to grab a quick bite to go, ... just a bagel and cream cheese. Nothing special. Not noticing right away that something was off, they sold me SOUR CREAMCHEESE!!! Come on folks, keep dairy products cold or you may in the future find a large lawsuit from someone. Sundays (around 11am to noon) expect a lunch rush and a 30 minute wait for orders taken at the counter. The cashier was nice... enough to let us know about the wait before ordering, and explained if you don't have time, that Chipotle is next door. Parkingand leaving was also hard at this location during the rush. I ended up ordering online around 7pm, and my order was ready forpickup within 10 minutes (rapid pickup / grab and go). The rapid pickup shelf is located in the rear of the store and will haveyour last name in the bag. Was disappointed in how small the soup was, when ordering the "pick 2" special, and it tasted likeit had a metal flavor to it. Read more
Service was great, seemed clean, but my flatbread pizza had chunks of parchment paper stuck to the bottom. Didn't realize it... until tearing the last two pieces apart. Wonder how much I ate! Check the bottom. Read more
Very disappointed... My friend picked up the rapid pick up order and everything was messed up. She ordered a whole salad without... chicken and I ordered half a salad with chicken and they mixed our salads up! I got the whole salad, and she got the halfsalad.... she can't even trade salads because she's vegan.
