Great experience. Staff was really friendly and didn't leave me waiting a minute when I came in and wasn't sure whether to sit... first or order. Food was excellent. One pizza was perfect for 2 kids, just like menu stated. Mozzarella balls were on point, andthe bruschetta was delicious with a plethora of chopped small tomatoes flavored nicely. The relatively small bar with 6 seatslooked inviting and a potential date night destination. Kids said this is our new pizza and movie night pizza place. Definitelycoming back. Read more

Ordered ham and mushroom for take-out when it first opened. Not sure if a floppy crust is normal for this style. Had to reheat... it in a pan on the stove to get it to crisp up and hold shape. Mushroom was really good, but the ham was practicallynon-existent. I like simple pizzas with just a few toppings, but it should still be tasty. Overall the pizza was bland. Notmuch more to say. Might give it another try at a more established location to see if it was just opening day jitters. Read more

The sauce flavor is enjoyable, quality dough and ingredients. They are overstaffed; yet customer service needs to improve. ... They don't tell you that you order at the counter and then take a seat to receive your drinks and food. Also, everything ispaid separately including the cheese. Read more

Overall disappointed. Was really looking forward to this opening as we have so few cool new restaurants in the area. ... Unfortunately Pizza was very soggy, salty and expensive. Small personal pie is $17-21. 4 pizzas took nearly 40 minutes to cookand still came out soggy. Not sure if the oven is the wrong temperature or what. Dine in process is extremely confusing (it'sa hybrid fast casual style and waited tables) and stressful as you wait in a line to order and then are given a table spot butyou don't know if there are actually any tables available. It looks like it would be a cool evening spot as well with its smallbar appetizers, and patio, but it closes most nights at 9pm. I hope to see it get better and maybe it's currently just too busyto sustain quality and will change my review if it does get better. Read more

Our area has been waiting for a couple of years for this outpost of Pupatella to open. I was able to get out to the opening... today and it did not disappoint. All hands were clearly on deck a lot of training was going on and it was clear that themanagement was committed to a successful opening. The store is much larger then their Arlington stores and much moreaccessible. I expect the store to be a neighborhood institution for years to come. Read more

Pupatella is one of the best ? if not THE best ? pizza restaurants in the D.C. area, and the new West Springfield location does... not disappoint. A beautiful restaurant, phenomenal service, and delicious authentic Neapolitan pizza. Can?t wait to go backagain soon! Read more
