Don't order through the app. They might not get it and then they will tell you there is nothing they can do. They tell you to... request a refund that you may never get in the app. It's like the BK app is an entirely different company. I understand theissue. What bothers me is the total lack of customer service. No let's make this right or anything. I understand that they haveno control of the app orders but there is plenty of room for the management to make it right instead of oh sorry it didn't workthis time better luck next time Would you like to pay full price for an order you got a deal on in the app? Depending which crew is working! One crew serves Ch'kings all night, The other stops an hour and a half before closing. Why?... Some fast food crews "break down" the kitchen early so they can leave early and that could happen anywhere in thisbusiness. Sometimes it's for good reason, tough night maybe, and sometimes it's a bad crew that can not do the job quick andprecise therefore shuts down some equipment for cleaning way ahead of schedule. I ordered a double Whopper with Cheese. After my order number was called, it occured to me that I had forgotten to order it with... no onion and extra pickles and ketchup. I mentioned this to Rhonda as she was handing me my order. She happily took it back andhad the cook fix it. The cook fixed it perfect! Great customer service! Read more
Morning breakfast is great no issues with that staff. Lunch/Dinner however are a health hazard. Handling cooked meat with... ungloved hands that previously touched raw chicken. Mixing new fresh meat with almost expired meat into patties. Managers areaware of the issue with cooks doing this and do not care. Please do not eat here for lunch/dinner. Read more
