Reviews for Subway in West Union, IA
I love every employee at this Subway. They're fun, sweet, and put their best face on for everyone who walks in their door.
Good service, just understaffed so can get to be quite a delay, even with call in orders. Food is always very good!
Love the food at subway , but would not recommend working here lol . Worst and laziest management I?ve seen in my life , also... very underpaid for the type of work she has you doing . Read more
Called multiple time to place an order. No one answered the phone. Arrived 15 minutes prior to closing. It was obvious the... staff was already closing. The cutting boards were all put up and they cutting on the stainless steel tables. Asked for roastbeef and was told they were "out" as was the jalapenos, banana peppers, cookies and a lot of other things. Asked to have mysandwich toasted and was told the toaster was broken. Do yourself a favor and skip this place until the owner trains the staffto not close until closing time. Read more

Food was good, customer service was great. Alot of the tables were dirty though and needed wiped and cleaned and the floor... could of used a sweeping. We were there about 4pm and it was very slow in there so even with one worker all the tables could ofgotten cleaned up. Read more
