It's lunchtime and you're out of the signature hand breaded chicken tenders as well as green beans. Every table has a sign... pushing the new tenders and you ran out? We came back to give this place another shot, as our forst experience was sadlylacking. But the options in our area are severely limited. We haven't even been able to place an order because your out ofit. This is clearly a management failure. I've over 35 years on restaurant management and ownership to base my opinion on. Iwonder if the franchise owner is aware or part of the problem. The only reason I'm leaving a review is in the hopes thatsomeone responsible will see it and fix it. We won't be back. After decades of enjoying the frisches franchise, I had themisfortune of moving to this area and having to come to this particular failure. Read more

Soon as we sat down we were greeted by our fantastic waiter Brentin. He made it very enjoyable. We had the Alaskan Cod, Grilled... Chicken and Burger with Thousand island dressing recommended by Brentin. Everything was very good. My husband & Brother highlyrecommend the Cod. Food was great and accurate compared to other locations I've been to. The biggest thing for me is we had a waiter who was... extremely friendly and fun and professional. The staff is incredible; very friendly and very attentive. The food is wonderful, everyone does an excellent job, yet the only... issue is when my family and I came to eat today (July 2, 2022), the hostess sat us at a dirty table. The floor was disgustingwith a spoon and old Mac and cheese on the floor, and the booth was littered in crumbs.
