Usually very fast service but must have a labor shortage lately because it's been long lines and slow service. 11/13/22 Went... inside to order because drive thru was a very long line. It would have been faster to take drive thru. But it wasn't the faultof the staff. There was a couple that couldn't make up their minds about what to get. A few times now that I've drove to the restaurant because the website says you're open until 11:00 however the past couple times... Would be no stars third time I go to get chicken and they state they don't have any I was in drive through they state 20 min... till they have some it takes 15 min to deep fry chicken so I pulled out of drive through and walk inside and low and beholdtheir was chicken in the racks Read more
If I hadn't bought and paid online, I'd run out of there as fast as I could have. Never seen a restaurant as filthy as that... place is. Stuff piled up on the front counter like the place wasn't even open. And no one at the front counter. Ask them aquestion and they look at you like you're speaking a foreign language. if the service wasn't okay it'd be one star. Food tasted like it had sat out for 3 hours
Bought a family meal 16 piece bucket with four sides, $45, drove 30 min there and 30 min back home, to find four pieces of... chicken in a huge box and 2 sides, had to drive 30 min back because no one would answer the phone!!!
