I ordered a pizza steak hoagie with lettuce and mayo added to it and boneless chicken salad with no onion, no tomato, add... shredded cheese... there were no extras added and nothing taken off that I wanted so manager Jeremy told me they would redo myorder and send it back out as long as I returned my messed up food.. they straight show up with just the salad that's nowgrilled chicken and not chicken strips and then 2 cups with the lettuce and mayo in it for my hoagie that I've had for 40minutes which is now cold. He didnt keep his word to just send me new. I am very disappointed in this place. I will not beordering from here again. Read more
Hi, as you can see this pizza is undone dough. This was served to me and my family and my mother did not notice it until she... took a bite and realizing it wasn't cheese she was biting into. We called them and let them know that the dough was notcooked. They asked us how many pieces are left and we told them 16 they said the best they could do is not replace the order butgive us a smaller order instead. (We ordered a beast, they wanted to give us a jr. beast). The manager was very unprofessionalon the phone, The owner (Paul Brown) was even more rude with the way he tried to handle the situation. He put words in our mouthsaying we said 18 pieces and also told us he wasn't sending out a new pizza or refunding our money and hung up. I don't believethis is the way an owner of a business that makes food should behave or handle something like this. I gave one star only because there was nothing lower. The delivery takes no less than an hour and a half. The food is always... cold and you never get quality food. Try to call to ask why it's taking too long and if you get through the answer is we makeno estimated time for delivery, you'll get it when you get it. Horrible. I am done with this place. Last time you're gettingmy money, box pizza is cheaper and often better because at least it's fresh and hot. Read more
Yummy pizza with good flavor. The crust was crust with a mild sauce. Very good.
Snappy isn't our favorite pizza but it was nice to have one place in our neighborhood that delivers. We will not be ordering... from Snappy anymore. We ordered a pizza, pasta, hoagie and a 2 liter. Our 2 liter wasn't delivered. We called the store rightaway and the person taking calls kept saying he would call me back. My last attempt he said the driver said they gave us the2liter and the owner said if we wanted it that bad we could drive to the store and get it. Awesome customer service. We paid the2 dollar delivery fee and my husband, a veteran, gave an awesome tip. My parents patronize the store twice a week. We do once aweek. No more. That was nasty and rude. Read more
