I just came through there tonight and ordered for a family of five with some different needs for some of the order, so in other... words, a big and kind of complex order. Noisy inattentive teenagers with no manners work here. It?s apparent they care not a lick for the customer. This is especially... true with the night crew. They seem to be more concerned with their own personal drama. One wonders if they?ve even beentrained. If you enjoy cold poorly prepared food served with attitude you?ll love it here. Read more
Ordered our food, was asked to pull forward they were waiting for our food to come off the grill. We waited about 10 minutes... with 5 other cars being served. When they finally brought our food out, no thank you or apologies for waiting so long. The friesand nuggets were ice cold, one of our sodas was almost pure carbonated water and the hot honey dipping sauce was open a little.Went back to the drive thru to get replaced. Manager was nice and apologized over the drive thru speaker but none of the worksasking what we wanted replaced or giving us our food apologized just said the fries just came out of the fryer. Bacon and beef patty on the baconator was undercooked. Patty was pink on the inside and bacon was barely cooked. Dining area... was dirty (tables and floor), trash cans full, and large wet area on the floor around soda fountain machine. Read more

A lot of the menu was unavailable. The attenedent that ran the drive through was really rude.
Served cold fries, but replaced with hot fresh fries when asked. Baconator only had 1 small piece of bacon. Grease that was... used for fries & crispy chicken was old & rancid & caused upset stomach & belched up rancid grease for about 24 hours. Popmachine out of Dr. Pepper & Coke. Read more
It's a Wendy's, food was hot, service was fast and cleaner than Taco Bell which is next door.
