As a restaurant consultant I travel up and down the turnpike weekly going from one failing restaurant to another in hopes to... turn it around this is my go-to Sbarro as the other ones along the turnpike are underwhelming to be polite but there is oneproblem I hope the owner or general manager can straighten out it's the 4 oz serving cup with only one and a half ounces ofsauce in it when I asked the girl this isn't full can you give me a full one she says that's how we do it! So when I asked herif I ordered a 20 oz soda and you only gave me 8 oz would it be okay to be upset then and she said of course! LOL you can't makethis up so in short this location has its act together but there's nothing worse than not having enough marinara for yourstromboli! Read more
*Customer service was horrible, rude and unprofessional. * Pizza was BURNT and all the worker said is, "the pizza oven is broke"... however, the cheese pizza wasn't burnt, so I'm confused ???? if the oven is broken, then all pizza should be burnt. * pizzaslices were just thrown on display plate, pieces half covering other pieces! *The workers were more concerned about leaving thenthey were the customers. 8/11/2022 I like giving updates from older reviews. Just visited. Ordered a Stromboli (Hawaiian) even tho it is not a menu item... it was all they had and the last one. No desserts. And employees not wearing gloves during food prep. Pizza looked like it hadbeen sitting awhile, no meatballs or pasta option. Although an improvement from my review 3 years ago, I?m still going to ratethem with 1.5 stars. 2019Worst Sbarro I've been to, dirty, unprofessional, old nasty food. Can tell sanitization is poor, foodhas been sitting out for hours, crusted by the lights. First off I'm Italian from Calabria. This place has the worst tasting pizza and pasta I ve ate. The Pasta way over cooked the... marinara sauce is way to sweet and doesn't have any olive oil, oregano,basil. They could keep the pasta in olive oil it wouldnot be so over cooked. They need to make their own sauce. Or get a Italian that knows how to make it. What they have isdisgusting. Trying to eat healthy and had my heart set on some Sbarro vegetables. No go, they were out. Asked for chicken Caesar salad,... no go, out of that as well. They had regular salad, but I can do that in the truck. Trying to eat healthier, and didn'thave the time to make something to eat. So, it's down the road hungry for me. Thanks for paying attention to your inventoryneeds. I mean you're only in the busiest interstate in the country, why would I expect those items to be available at 4 pmeastern time.
