Stopped by in the evening, was basically ignored for 5 minutes while the baristas chatted. I just wanted to know what time they... opened in the morning. They told me 7:00 am. I went in after waking up and they still weren?t open at 7:15. Why have an openingtime if you aren?t going to be open at that time? Read more

Not open in time.. multiple employees in talking and carrying on with each other while a line of customers stood outside waiting... for an extra half an hour at least. When asked about opening, the one girl's answer was very rude. There are a ton of otherreviews like mine....maybe someone should actually do something and try to fix what is definitely a problem....not just the timeI was there. When the man in front of me asked about the issue when they finally opened, the name was rude and tried to makeexcuses... when it sounds kind most of the time they are late because the manager can't be bothered to show up on time to unlockthe gate. One last thing...when i finally got my coffee, it wasnt even made close to right. All that...for a bad drink.Seriously pathetic. Starbucks should be embarrassed. Read more
