It's a subway the kid behind the counter was on it there was no line it was like 2 but it's also West Unity so is the line... really ever long? I don't know just asking I guess anyway I don't really like subway but it's what was avaliable and it wasgood so ehh. Not sure what we will do on our next trip on the Wabash Cannonball trail but this was our last stop walked herefrom county rd 17 (it's about 3.2 miles the next leg looks like 6.6 might have to find a break pont) Read more
I have had good and bad experiences here. Lately, it has been bad. I have been served by a woman, I believe is named Andrea,... multiple times. She is very rude. Plus lately the lettuce has been brown. I have to ask for new vegetables after lunch time andget treated differently as soon as I ask. I also watched one of their employees, not working at the time, put on gloves andtouch her phone, and then put her hands in the prepared food for customers and make herself a sandwich. I brought this to theirattention and they said its lucky they made my food beforehand. Read more
Got 3 subs an had problems with all of the. My cheese was wrong, my husbands bread was wrong an my grandson ordered a chicken... bacon ranch only they didn't put any ranch on it. Think I'll find a new location. These are not the first mistakes but they willbe the last. Read more
By far one of my favorite subways to go to but the service i had at 4:52 today was not good at all. she was super slow, had a... really bad attitude and i got almost $5 back IN CHANGE. I got 1 sandwhich and i was in there almost 15 minutes. not impressed. Read more
My dad went in to get subs for dinner and ended up being sold an unfinished sandwich all because the workers thought shift... change was more important than taking care of the customer. Will not be back and already put in a complaint to corporate. Read more
