Ordered 3, #10's ( Roasted Turkey Bacon & Ranch sandwiches ) in a large order for a family event. Get home and 2 of the 3 are... bacon, cheese and lettuce... I called the restaurant to tell them. They said ok, we will remake them whenever you want. I toldthem to start making them now, cuz I was headed there. Got there. No sandwiches made ready to pick up. One of the employeestried to give me vouchers for sandwiches. I told her the person on the phone said they remake them when we needed them and Itold them that I was on my way and to make them. I came to the door at 11. They were open. But the doors are locked? I'm guessing a bunch of teenagers that don't want to work.... They watched me walk up to the door and not one of the three there would open it. This is a normal business day, duringoperating hours. Read more
FALSE ADVERTISING: Front of the building is a sign for 4 beef sandwiches for $10. Waited for more than 5 minutes at the drive... threw kiosk before my order was taken. When i went to pay was told the 4 for $10 is only with coupon. No where on the sign doesit say that. Food is Arby's. It's fast food. I get it. But, it seems every single time I go to one of them they forget something. Why? I... don't have time to go back there. Last time ordering here. I wish they would tell you they don?t have Arbus sauce. Or any sauces. I wouldn?t of even ordered from... here. Ridiculous. We had a coupon from signing up online with Arby's which gave one sandwich at a 50% discount. I ordered a classic roast beef,... and showed the coupon to the employee at the window, who told me that she wouldn't apply it because I have to get it in a meal.The email said NOTHING about this, and even more, there was a poster in the window advertising the EXACT same joining Arby'scoupon deal that I had been trying to use. Despite this, the employee denied me the discount. Extremely upset with this poorservice. No excuse for that treatment. Read more
