I made a cake order for my son birthday thinking it would turn out great since I went inside basket Robbin and went over the... details. Unfortunately this is what I got the day of the party. I never asked for green frosting and the spider man picture wassupposed to be my sons face instead. I even email them the picture I wanted on the cake . Unfortunately the employees just don?tcare and go with what they want. It was such a nightmare. I was very upset and they have the nerve to asked me if the cake ispaid for ???!!! Don't get me wrong I love the ice cream But, I order from here alot. So far the last 4 times I have ordered 2 of the same orders... of triplescoops. I only end up getting one. One time ok a mistake but every time now the past 2 months ridiculous. Feel like atthis point I'm waisting my money paying double the price for only one to show up. Never ordering here again.
